Solenoid Valves
Series EASYMT and EASMT Molded Thermoplastic Solenoid Valves are the answer for most severe service applications for virtually any type of liquid with just a single thermoplastic solenoid valve. For pressure, drain or vacuum service in sizes 1/4" to 1" pipe. PTFE bellows barrier type dynamic seal prevents leaking of fugitive emissions to the atmosphere. This versatile solenoid can be used with virtually every type of solution, including acids, caustics, solvents, chlorine solutions and ultra-pure liquids. Rugged thermoplastic construction is resistant to both internal and atmospheric corrosion. No metal parts in wetted areas. EASYMT and EASMT series solenoid valves are constructed of Type 1, Grade 1 PVC, CPVC, Glass-Filled Polypropylene, or PVDF Kynar® with solid PTFE bellows. Static seals are EPDM or FKM depending on the service requirements. Series EASYMT and EASMT solenoids feature Plast-O-Matic’s patented Fail-Dry® design for visual warning if seals fail or malfunction. This avoids costly unplanned shutdowns while the valve continues to function. This solenoid has been tested to over two million cycles. And with the all-purpose design it allows phase-out of multi-valve stock requirements. Chlorine or Vacuum - Specify when ordering 240 VAC, 24 VAC or 24 VDC. Please specify when ordering.

Note - Pressure ratings shown above are the maximum allowable inlet pressure for the solenoid followed by the maximum allowable back pressure @ 73° F
** This is an optional version of the 1” valve where the design has been modified to allow higher inlet pressures at the sacrifice of lower Cv.
