Ball Valves & Actuation

Hayward TB Series: Manually Actuated - CPVC \ FPM
Hayward TB Series: Manually Actuated - CPVC \ FPM

Hayward True Union Ball Valves are superior performers. A fine-pitch seal retainer thread allows for accurate compensation for seat wear. Reversible seats make it easy to get a damaged valve back in service. Should the seats become damaged, they only need to be removed, turned over, and re-installed to put the valve back on line. These valves feature a double o ring stem seal for twice the leakage protection of valves with only a single stem seal. Hayward’s manual True Union Ball Valve has been designed so that it can easily be converted to an automated valve in the field. To do this, just remove the compression fit handle and install an actuator mounting bracket.

Hayward plastic ball valve with high performance Series EAU, unidirectional quarter-turn actuator. The EAU actuator comes standard with a pre-wired terminal strip and one auxiliary limit switch. Fully serviceable true union ball valve provides reliable long-term service in a wide range of corrosive applications. All plastic actuator features a integrally molded bracket and provides ample torque for 1/2" - 2" valve operation.

Manual Hayward Three-Way Ball Valves come standard with a two port “TW” ball allowing for three flow configurations within 180˚ of rotation. With the bottom port as the inlet, the flow can be directed to the right or left port, or shutoff. On manual or actuated valves, and optional “TP” ball allows flow through all ports at the same time or flow shutoff. True Union design makes these valves very easy to maintain by allowing for easy removal from a piping system without breaking downstream connections.
