Flowline Level Controllers and Indicators

The general purpose AC powered tank or silo level controller displays engineering units with one 4-20 mA level transmitter, two programmable relays and an isolated 4-20 mA repeater. Relay one is configurable on a single set point. Relay two can be configured on a single set point or latched on two set points for automatic fill or empty control in simplex mode. The general purpose loop powered level indicator displays engineering units connected in series with one 4-20 mA continuous level transmitter, and is available with two optional relays and an isolated 4-20 mA repeater. Select this panel mount indicator for use with general purpose two-wire level transmitters.

Compatible with any EchoPod sensors, the general purpose level indicator displays the measured value, applicable relay status and set point configuration of the attached sensor, as the sensor was configured to operate by WebCal software. PodView requires no programming, and receives both power and data from the connected sensor. Through the indicator, users can adjust EchoPod relay set points in the field. PodView is installed up to 15’ (4.5m) away from the sensor in a panel or NEMA enclosure.

General purpose or isolation versions with built-in intrinsic safety barriers for use with associated apparatus, the level switch controller is offered in three configurations for pump and valve control. The LC40 accepts one level switch input and provides one 10A relay. The LC41 accepts two level switch inputs and provides one latching 10A relay for automatic fill or empty control. The LC42/92 accepts three level switch inputs with one latching 10A relay output for automatic fill or empty control, and a second non-latching 10A relay for high level alarm or low level alarm.
