The intrinsically safe reflective ultrasonic level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 9.8’ (3m) with a 4-20 mA analog signal output, and is configured via our WebCal software. Select this sensor for small tanks with non-foaming or mildly vaporous media such as chemicals, water, wastewater and oil. Typical applications include day tank, IBC or drum, cooling tower, skid or machine, process tank and waste sumps.

The intrinsically safe reflective ultrasonic level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 39.3’ (12m) with a 4-20 mA analog signal output, and is configured via its integral push button display module or WebCal software. Select this sensor for bulk tanks with non-foaming or mildly vaporous media such as chemicals, water, wastewater and oil. Typical applications include bulk storage, neutralization tank, clarifier and waste sumps.

The Signet 2552 Metal Magmeter features all-stainless steel construction. The PVDF nosepiece and FKM O-rings are the only other wetted materials. The 2552 installs quickly into standard ISO 7-R 1¼ or ISO 7-R 1½ (1¼ in. to 1½ in. NPT) pipe outlets, and is adjustable to fit pipes from DN50 to DN2550 (2 to 102 in.). Two sensor lengths allow maximum flexibility to accommodate a variety of hardware configurations, including ball valves for hot-tap installations.

The Signet 2551 Magmeter is an insertion style magnetic flow sensor that features no moving parts. The patented sensor design is available in corrosion-resistant materials to provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance costs. Materials options include PP with stainless steel, PVDF with stainless steel (Hastelloy-C, or Titanium optional). Utilizing the comprehensive line of Signet installation fittings, sensor alignment and insertion depth is automatic. Signet 2551 Magmeters offer many output options of frequency/digital (S3L), 4 to 20 mA or relays which are available on both the blind and display versions.
