Note - Mechanical brake included on 4” butterfly valve Series-94 assembly, other sizes brake is available as an option.

The new EA25-45 series electric actuators. This state-of-the-art series actuator provides several new features and upgrades.
Product Features:
• Housing: Flame retardant glass-filled polypropylene with stainless steel external hardware
• Cycle Time: 5 seconds/90° rotation (1/2" - 2" sizes) 12 seconds/90° rotation (2-1/2" + )
• Voltage: 110-230 VAC ( 24V AC/DC on request )
• Duty Rating: 100% at 70°F for 1/2" - 2" sizes 50% at 70°F for 2-1/2" - 4" sizes
• Free Switches - three position switches (open, middle and closed)
• No more cams! Set-up is a breeze with push button digital control
• Free Heater - Heater built-in standard, adjustable for humidity control
• Internal Display - Clearly identify the status of the actuator offering dozens of error codes, such as voltage, temperature and battery
• Indicator Lights - See position of your valve from up to 50 feet away, with programmable solid red and green lights for open/closed, flashing white during actuator travel
• Integrated Emergency Manual Override with magnetic keeper
• Battery Backup Option - plug-in module with integrated lithiumion battery fits inside
