K010 Series - Clear Vinyl Tubing Non-Toxic Food and Beverage Grade - Non-Reinforced Tubing
Compounded from non-toxic crystal clear PVC ingredients, formulated to meet applicable FDA, USDA, 3A and NSF regulations. High gloss crystal clear appearance with glass smooth interior to reduce sediment buildup. Kuri Tec® food grade hoses are now manufactured from all phthalate free materials. The tubing still maintains all previous standards/characteristics, but with the added benefit of being phthalate-free.

USDA and FDA - Chemically suitable for general use in slaughtering, processing, transporting, or storage areas in direct contact with meat or poultry food product prepared under Federal Inspection.

NSF Approved - Certified under Standard 51, Plastic materials and compounds used in food equipment. Compound is also certified under Standard NSF-61 for drinking water system components.

Blue-tinted cover and tube compounded from Non-Toxic PVC ingredients in compliance with applicable FDA** requirements. Reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn and with multiple longitudinal polyester yarn (orange yarn for identification) to reduce elongation under pressure. Compound hardness 73 Shore “A”. Formulation 2375 - Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing

The tubing is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, ketones, salts, and alcohols.

Non-DEHP and Plasticizer-Free
Tygon® 2375 tubing is entirely free of plasticizers. Fluid contamination from leaching plasticizers is eliminated, as is premature embrittlement due to plasticizer extraction.

Tygon® 2475 High Purity Tubing
Tygon® 2475 High Purity Tubing is ideal for handling sensitive fluids such as pharmaceutical or biological solutions. There is virtually no absorption of key fluid constituents into the tubing material or fluid adsorption onto the tubing walls. As a result, fluid alteration and loss is limited. There is no plasticizer to leach into or contaminate the fluid, yet the tubing remains flexible. Tygon® 2475 can be sterilized by radiation, ethylene oxide, steam or chemical methods.This tubing only releases carbon dioxide and water when properly incinerated, providing safe disposal.
